Overcharge and poor communication

PPS managed to overcharge me by R2000 on my July Debit order. After querying the charge they refunded R1400, again I had to query which lead to another R900 leaving my account?

Already looking for a new insurance supplier. Also thinking of moving my other policies to someone new.
