Cant fix the bill problems in store or accounts

This has been going on for 4 months. I have asked for insurance to be taken off my contract. Then I get double charged!! I go in store again, they tell me its credited. But low and behold they overcharge me again... Every time they overcharge it gets bounced back as I only put enough in this account. So now the bank will charge me R65 every time, and vodacom is putting more charges on because it failed!!! So you incorrectly overcharge me 4 times. And now the excuse is because its not been paid. Of course I wont pay your bill because i signed a R80 contract. This now totals R800 in bank and overcharges. And no matter who I talk to its never fixed
