No response from them since end of Feb! Frustrated

I am trying to get a statement of my student loan for a long time now. I eventually got one on the 22nd of Feb, but it wasn't the latest one it was from September last year. I phoned and then realised that the number no longer exists. There is no way that I can get the new number. I emailed the lady, nothing. I have been paying money into the account for the past 5 months and want to know whether or not it it reflects. I have emailed ABSA. No response. Don't know what to do anymore as there is no service whatsoever. It is as if they are not interested in helping me. Think it's also time to change banks.
