I upgrade my contracts in July, I have two numbers/ contracts which amount to R290.00 in total. ( 89.99 189.99). Since July I have been debited R494.00, which is almost double the amount. I understand that the first month or two you will have upgrade fees etc. But its almost the 4th month and still I am being overcharge. I was told that I am being charged for also BIS but the consulted new that I was no longer using a blackberry cell phone. And now I am told that the money wont be returned, it will be taken off the next debit order, where as I am still being over charged for that period in time. MTN really needs to improve there service... I demand that this matter gets seen to immediately...
