I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG SMARTPHONE S3 A MONTH AGO THROUGH FNB AND HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT ON CONTACTING FNB WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO HAVE IT REPAIRED AT MY OWN COST - WHEN TAKING IT TO A MTN CENTRE I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY COULD NOT REPAIR IT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT PURCHASED THROUGH THEM - NOW THAT I HAVE HAD IT REPAIRED BY ANOTHER REPAIR CENTRE SAMSUNG HAS LET ME KNOW THAT I DONT HAVE A QUARANTEE ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS.
PLEASE INFORM ME HOW THIS WORKS IN OTHER WORDS ITS NOT A VIABLE CHOICE TO PURCHASE ANY FNB PRODUCTS BECAUSE OF THIS.
