No service delivery from IWYZE

Accident on Monday, I asked for my car to be towed by insurance and it was taken to a different place then i instucted. Today 09:00am after being promised to be called on Tuesday I called to enquire progress on my claim, advise that the assessor had been looking for the car and does not know where it is, which I fail to understand. I traced the car and advised Iwyze. Confirmation that an assessor will be sent today was received. 13:15 I called to check, car was still not assessed, but rather I was told it will be done Today or Tomorrow, my question was how is that possible. Consultant asked me to hold and while I was waiting on the line she still has a nerve to say "arg, black people are like this", what a corning and surprising statement coming from a consultant that is suppose to be delivering service. The consultant then transferred me to a lady called Palesa Kekana, asked for the supervisor, which I was told is in a meeting but will call me in an 1 hour's time. I AM STILL WAITING. 15:45, I called for the complaints dpt, a lady named Pinkie assisted, she promised I will be called by the supervisor Today. It is now 5:30pm and I still have not received one call since Monday
