Ntokozo helped me with some concerns that I had with my policy.
I was phoned the afternoon by Ntokozo. He noted some concerns that I had and he told me he will get back to me with a answer and possible solution. The next morning early I received an email and a phone call from Ntokozo clearing up all my concerns and resolving a personal vehicle issue that I had.
Ntokozo was very helpful, friendly and fast to help me with the concerns and issue that I had.
