I joined clientele having thought of it as a respectable company and good human relations and I guess my anger comes from them disappointing at every corner.
I while back I realised clientele was using the 'naedo tracking' system and I was firstly concerned that the system would leave my bank account with unpaid fees if it tried debiting early, I called them and raised this matter and they assured me that won't happen. The following month 2 days before my payday my account was debited because I had money in my bank, despite my debit date being set to 3 days after my pay date. I called again and request that the tracking system be removed.
Now this month my worst nightmare came true when the debited my again before my payday and I had to purchase a plane ticket home, I called and asked why this had happened, I couldn't get an answer instead the manager to me that the funds would revised into my account after I told him that I would have to sleep at the airport. He explain that the funds would only reflect on my account the following morning of which it didn't. So not only did I sleep there my funds were not reversed and I tried calling him, he didn't answer.
