Incorrect deductions

Money was deducted off my bank account earlier than agreed upon. I phoned Client Services to verify which date my debit order goes off. They said the date is the 28th of each month. I asked them why my debit order then went off earlier than arranged. They told me my debit order was "tracked" and said it's because my previous debit order wasn't received by them. Then they checked "another system" which showed my January debit order was received. I am extremely upset, because they are in breach of contract for deducting monies off my account on any other day than what was arranged with me. The consultant apologized and promised that I would be sent a letter of apology. I was also upset by the fact that one of their "systems" showed I didn't conduct my account in a proper fashion and was in fact in arrears with the January payment. It is now almost a week later and I still haven't received the promised letter of apology. How can they just deduct debit orders on any day as they please? I work according to a budget and plan my expenses accordingly. African Bank deducting a debit order BEFORE my payday was not part of my plan and also in breach of my contract with them.
