Account debited at incorrect date

I have a personal loan with FNB, the debit date agreed on contract is the 20th of every month but FNB debited my account on the 19th. The debit order was unpaid which resulted in misconduct of my cheque account. I need explanation letter for my banker to explain the unpaid that was caused by FNB
