No Response from Standard Bank Bad service

I applied for customer assist on the 20 June 2013 and ever since I haven't received any feedback as yet. I called several times, and was told that my documents are captured and ill be contacted by the manager. Its been a month already and nothing yet. I never received this kind of service from Standard Bank before, I've been a client since 2005. Very disappointed. I needed a answer before the end of this month but I don't think it will ever happen.
