I would like to log a complaint against STD Bank, on the 15/11/2013 last month i've applied for a Home Loan and after a week I called in to check the status of the application was told the file was closed as I've accepted another bank's offer, I advise I did not do that and for them to open the file again, I spoke to Rumeshni Padayachee from STD Bank Home Loans application on the 25/11/2013 who promised me that she's opening the file for me again and gave me new ref number:4620578 then made a follow up on the 02/12/2013 spoke to lulu only to find out that they closed the file again asked to speak to Rumeshni who didn't know why they closed file again, gave me her team leaders number: 0118587454 Mrs. Merle who promised she will get Rumeshni to opened the file again gave me new ref number: 004626322, on the 06/12/2013 called to follow up on the matter was told file is with credits, yesterday 10/12/2013 I called spk to cindy who advised the file was closed again asked her who gave authorization to close it again without my concerned. called 0118587454 Mrs. Merle the team leader who also said she doesn't know why file was closed for the 3rd time without my concern sd doesn't know
