New website design and functionality

I read the correspondence regarding the new website and do understand what you were trying to achieve but I think the new website failed in other ways.

My concerns

1. The UI graphics and fonts are way to big. I do my banking at work sometimes and I really do not appreciate people who are sitting 5ms away from me being able to read whats on my screen.
2. Its not very user friendly and even once I got use to it felt very tedious navigating.
3. I could not find the webroot download after looking for 5mins.
4. My ebucks statement was not comprehensive and I could not find the ebucks report tool where I can view my monthly ebucks points accumulation and behaviour.
5. The interface when viewing payment recipients is very clunky and not laid out conveniently.
6. It took me a while to find the arrow next to my account balance to view the extended menu options.

I could go on but I think I've made my point.

I think you should have different site templates that target different devices.
