I recently had a problem/ delay in getting my electricity voucher as a first time user. I would like to commend and appreciate Quintus for an excellent service, good customer relations skills, he was able to apologise and explain the reason for the delay I experienced in getting my electricity voucher, possibly due to the fact that I am a first time user.
I will most definitely use Prepaid 24 again and hopefully this time around there will be no delays.
