After waiting for four days for an electricity voucher PIN to be SMS'ed to me, I simply went on to the website for sort out the issue.

My query was seen to with the minimum fuss and I received my voucher PIN within minutes. Quick response, great service and non of the usual "computer says no" nonsense that one has to put up with from many other suppliers. This was the first time I've had to use their support and I'll continue to buy my electricity through Prepaid24.
