Prepaid electricity purchase problems

Hi, I am a platinum cheque Acc holder at FNB

I bought electricity on Saturday night (27/07/13) using cellphone banking, Fnb said details will follow shortly, but I never received any voucher until I called them the following Monday (29/07/13) and they gave the voucher over the phone. I was in the dark that whole weekend because of FNB... I again today (31/07/13) bought R20 electricity via cellphone banking and I still got the details will follow shortly SMS but no voucher and will still sleep in the dark and will again have to use my airtime to call the incompetent people that will tell me they don't know why there is a delay on their system... I'm getting fed up with FNB (I thought their slogan is how can we help you) I'm not getting any help from this bank and don't see why I should continue with them... the other time I had a problem with a loan, I went to their website and complain, no one bothered to even call me...
