Follow up on queries

Last week friday i bought my prepaid electricity from Prepaid24. I battled for a while, but the token just did not want to load. i emailed prepaid24 and within 10 minutes some one phoned me and i received an email.
the gentelman on phone assisted me with some points on how to solve the possible problem.

the voucher still did not load, but we had to leave for the freestate. during my trip i received another email, where the supplier wants to know if i got the voucher to load.

the voacher did load eventually, but the prepaid24 team was great in responding and following up on my query.
