So Once again.. Thank You Standard Bank for Messing up my day, putting me in a mood all because you guys cannot read a system. How many more people do i need to repeat myself to, would you guys like me to make a recording of my voice telling you once again how I need to pay for your screwing up my name.
I changed to FNB from your bank due to terrible service and even after Im gone, You still deliver nothing less than pathetic service again.
1. Messing up my OD facility when i requested you change my account details from STD bank to FNB for all my debits to go there, you std bank allow my loan to go off my STD bank account because you are all full of BS.
2. Messing up my credit card, by deducting again from my STD bank account after I went to your branch and CHANGED my details,
Now you call me nonstop expecting me to Pay R84.00 here and R700 here and last month, I had to pay all my RD fees because of you guys and a double premium on my loan of R2400.00.
Stop Freaken calling me leave me alone and as I have said and you have the recordings i will pay my stuff which you have messed up, Because my name is more to me than your pathetic business ethic.
