"How can we help u" by educating/upgrading FNB

The service of FNB is always Disgusting. Due to me having my accounts with FNB, I asked them for an overdraft / Loan of R30-R40k for purchase of a car which was going to be paid off in 6 weeks. After answering so many personal questions & taking upon a lot of my time & disturbance, my loan was DECLINED. Now Nedbank is offering me a credit card with having any accounts with them. As I mentioned that I would be receiving a lump some from my provident fund, I have to open a cheque account with nedbank, so as move my accounts, my wife & children's account from FNB. Quality of education is very low & very annoying advert
