What is new-No feedback/Response

So I mailed nearly all the e-mail addresses on the standard bank website for assistance as their online site has been off since 11/07/2013 and to date today being 18/05/2013 - no feedback/no response-besides the normal automated response telling me someone will be in contact with me soonest. And all I wanted to do was take out a policy. This is the how maniest time I have struggled with service from this bank. I honestly don't know why I am still with them. At least ABSA and FNB called me immediately and offered me much better premiums... BUT MY OWN BANK does not bother to even call me. WOW how is that for awesome service STANDARD BANK. TIME TO MOVE!
