(This has also happened a few times previously). I logged a complaint regarding Standard Bank, on the hellopeter website. Standard Bank responded more than adequately. I want to go back to the complaint to make a positive comment about Standard Bank response, but hellopeter website does not allow me to. This is in spite of me receiving an e-mail from hellopeter "You will be sent a Customer Feedback email 54-hours (excl. weekends) after your report appeared on the site, asking you to evaluate how well Standard Bank responded." Never received the e-mail, unable to evaluate Standard Bank response.
