Credit card application

I am writing this compliant because I feel that its about time that something gets done. I have applied for a credit card at FNB for the first time last year (2012) around March, it is now July 2013 and still I am unable to get their approval for a credit card. They keep telling me that my credit score is too low when I apply for the credit card, however they are more than happy to give me 2 personal loans to a combined value of almost R40 000 and a R 320 000 vehicle finance. How does this make any sense? FNB even went as far as giving me the platinum cheque card but still refuses me the credit card. Note that this all happened between March 2012 and now. I can not understand the logic behind this. Where is this so called "personalised" banking that you advertise when all I get is rejection from a machine? Come on FNB, I have been with you guys for more than 3 years and this is the way you treat me?! Have a look at your records and see if I ever missed a payment on what I owe you. I have no defaults on my name. I hope to get a quick response. I am not unfair, I also commend good service.
