I posted a complaint about Bluebean on your site on 10 June and Standard Bank responded by promising to resolve the matter. Well, I have not had ANY help from them, even though I even sent off another e-mail to them as well, to which I received an automated response promising that a consultant will be in touch with me. I AM STILL WAITING!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is even worse than trying to get something out of our municipal offices.
