In the month of December 2012 and January 2013 Old mutual deducted the amount of R286.00 from my account, I made a query early Feb 2013 and I was told that my bank account details were on somebody else's profile, so mistakenly I was paying for somebody else's insurance. Well that on it's own is, but I let it slip away and just wanted a refund. I signed the request for a refund early feb, there was no refund or any kind of feedback. Then last month I went again and signed another request, still I'm sitting with no response.
I should be suing Old Mutual for invading my account and deducting my money, but I decided it's too much headache, but still the indecency to just refund my money.
