I was so embarrassed last week when i went to the Supermarket for my shopping and the cashier says my credit card was declined. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with the call centre agent, they told me my card was blocked (after i paid it up) and it was an error on their side but they would unblock it which would take FOUR DAYS!!!
So there I stood with a trolley full of groceries and no cash money... this is ridiculous, as the card was fully paid up 3 months ago...
