MADE A PAYMENT AND STILL BLOCKED MY CARD

I requested from Nedbank several months ago to increase my limit on my credit card, Since i use my credit and pay it up in full. SO THERE no hassle of paying my card. I requested for an increase and they rejected my increase. I have skiped on paying because i requested several times for the increase which they promise to do in the next quater, WHICH never happend! Now i have paid R8 000 XTRA in my credit card in order to use it more frequently again. They phoned me and thanked me for the payment. YET THEY BLOCKED MY CARD. Now all my money is in my credit card and it is issues to pay my debitors. I WANT A reponse. I made more than the payment due. They promised me at Gezina i will be able to use the card again tommorrow it is not acceptable.
