Want to buy clothes and used my credits on my cash card. Apparently it is blocked and now one from the store manager to the call centre can help me. How can a cash card be blocked - you cannot even buy with it. the cashier can also not even put money for a exchange back on my credit card as she needs help with it - this simple transaction took 10 min. This is only one of many bad experiences with this once great company. If someone ask about bad services Edgars will always comes to mind.
