FNB customer service is good yet unfortunately I have to raise one complaint here since it is not being attended to. It involves R4, 200 having been withdrawn from my account with a cloned card. This happened on 20 Oct 2012 and I was informed that it would take 4-6 weeks to resolve. It is now more than 12 wweeks later and no resolution yet. Can you please attend to it? Thank you. Otto Schmid
