On 20 Dec 2012 i found out my card was cloned after calling RCS call centre and more than R10k was purchased on my card. I was instructed by RCS to fax the necessary documents which i immediately did the next day. The card was eventually placed on hold but to date I have heard no feedback about reimbursement and i'm getting threatening calls from RCS about late payments. It's almost 4 months and no answers. This is way longer then the promised 21 days to sort out my account.
RCS sort my account out or i will be forced to cancell my account with you.
