So I use the FNB banking app mostly for its phone capabilities to do business overseas. All of a sudden in force to update to version 1.7.0 three days ago and lo and behold the phone capability doesn't work anymore except for FNB numbers. FNB app department knows about this but I have to call them to find out about it. Called their call centre and it will take 48 hours for them to give a response.
Where's the common courtesy of informing your customers when there's a problem? I expect email and SMS notifications and a website banner something. Losing clients here.
