Another complaint about the same situation. Birnam Mutasa who is a claims consultant advised me to pay an access of R10 012.07 get my car fixed and hav a courtesy car booked for me, which I did pay it. Because my line of work requires a car.after paying that amount he told me about he sends me an email that I nEed to pay an extra 550 to get a car and tells me I have 100km per day for 14days.he mislead me about the amount I have to pay and and never advised me about the terms of the courtesy car.the km they give me are not enough for me to travel per day and not reasonable at all beacuse they charge me R2.50 extra km and 180 extra day which is more like renting a car ant a rental company. Anderson is draining me instead of asisting as an insurance company I choose based on trust that I will be helped wen I need help. When I asked to speak to the manager who is willington I was put on hold for mor than 20min then Birnam told me willington will call me bck yet he never did since lastweek friday and I believe he has no intensions of calling me bck at all because they don't care about they're clients.they only care about premiuns they deduct.
