You would expect that banking with ABSA that is associated to the Barclays group, would have a website that actually works... I have tried numerous times to login with no success!!! I know its not a password problem as I get through the initial login screens... however... wait for it... it then automatically kicks me off with "You have been logged off".
And do you think... the call centre agent will be able to help... guess again!!!
The response I get is to downgrade or use a different IE browser version, well guess what... I have tried IE V8, V9 & Chrome on 2 different boxes & still the same outcome!!!
ABSA GO BACK TO THE OLDER VERSION!!!
