Capitec Bank
Loan settled but still saying money is owed

I had a loan with capitec and it was settled in december last year, which i have a settlement letter stating it was paid.you know claim that o owe you an installment.

someone was looking into but never called me back last year.

i phoned through today and spoke to jackson ref 6867194 he tells me the interbank branch is still looking into it.

i dont need a debit order going off my account because nothing is resolved
