I took out a loan from Capitec when i was building my house to cover soem charges. they were very helpfull with the application, but this is all coming back now to bite me in the backside, because it would appear that I have multiple listings from Capitec on Experian. Transunion, XDS and Compuscan. Also it should be mentioned that I have paid this loan finished at the end of July already???
I have in the interim send various emails to their Client Services Department and nothing has been resolved, or communicated back to me??
I want a letter for my own records from Capitec stating that this was for one loan and that the loan has been settled. then I would like them to fix my stuff with the credit beuro's. This is ridiculeous
