A month later and no reply from my Private Banke

I have applied for a bond with them and was assured all was in progress by my banker who went on leave in mid December and her colleague was meant to take over.

More than a month later and many emails and phone calls I have still not even heard back from my banker.

Absa Private Banking indeed!
