Shoddy service = Extreme Inconvenience

I contacted the iwyze contact centre, to inform them about a few changes to my address and household contents. I also informed them that the reason why they are unable to deduct is cause they are deducting before the initial debit date and after the date expected of the debit order to run. Need I mention that after my car claim was settled I asked them to continue with just my household contents cause the car was a write off (NO PROBLEM) that was the answe from Loraine at the call centre, prior to speaking to her I spoke to Tsitso who promised to have this sorted out. But no they failed to I initiate and sort this problem. Here I am sitting now uninsured just waiting for Murphies law to do its thing. Why cancel my policy after contacting you on various occasions and also changing my debit date to make it convenient for you to deduct.(WHY) treat me like a as if I cant afford to pay you. Kindly reinstate my policy immediately or I will inform The Consumer Protector, The Ombudsman of Short Term Insurance, Consumer Section of National media and Regulatory Authorities. I expect this matter to be attended to immediately and be contacted on 0738025996. And not the other numbers.
