Misleading the Public!

74003185747 - I was sent an sms by AB to say if I change to debit order I would get 5% percent of my payment. 2-3 Months down the line, I've been to a branch, they don't know what I'm talking about. They called the call centre for me and the consultant didn't know about it either. Eventually spoke to a manager who assured me that once the First debit order goes off the 5% will automatically be taken off and they will send me a sms to adv of this... NO SMS... last week I call the call centre and spoke to another consultant who doesn't know what I'm talking about, she then placed me on hold for what seemed like forever! I assume she was going to get someone who would know about this but I couldn't hold on for eventuality. To date I haven't received any feedback from African Bank and have emailed to cancel my account and all I got was an automatic response which was completely irrelevant of my query and nothing since! PETHATIC!!!
