I am writing this letter to extend my gratitude to Nicole Beukers for the most outstanding service, after getting a call on Monday who promised me the I would only pay R1000.00 for my insurance including house hold. Nicole called me yesterday and I was upset with the false indication the gentleman provided me when I received my policy which was way over the R1000.00 as he promised and all other errors that I explained to Nicole, who said she would request the call and get back to me.
Your professional manner on handling the call and query has gone un-noticed and has really impacted on me on that there is still good customer service. Your were outstanding.
Today I received the revised Insurance policy with the correct amounts and all the queries rectified as I asked Nicole I was not happy with. I was taken back at the efficiency the quick response and amazing adjustments made as I requested and asked for.
Nicole, is more than an agent but a professional in what she does and needs to be promoted to a much higher level. As indicated to Samantha I want Nicole to get the commission on this sale and want proof she got it as she deserves it.
