We have applied for a lone last week Friday, by Monday Precious failed to contact us to let us know there is a problem, we had to phone ourselfs to find this out! After we have already signed our contract with them!!! Its Tuesday, they are still busy with it, the money is still not payed into our account!! I have never in my life seen such bad service!!! How long after you have signed a contract will it still take, and why do you the customer need to phone them if there is a problem? How can you sign a contract and still wait this long???
