Struggeling to finalize a loan for a week now

Was at the steeldale branch last week Wednesday (11/09) where I signed papers for a R3000 loan the consultant needed I company letterhead witch I mailed the Thursdays then informs me that I no longer qualify for R3000 but for R2000.so I go to the nearest branch at work protea glen mall branch on monday (16/09) where I signed contract AGAIN for R2000.now the problem is that my employer (african power carriers or for short apc) has been loaded wrong from day 1 (after how many payslips and letterheads have been received) and now after about 5 loans they want to change it.my problem is that on monday/tuesday morning they could have changed it already but NO I have to phone every hour to find out about the progress just to get an answer of I will talk to my manager and get back to u (witch NEVER happens) I ALWAYS have to phone them to find out what the progress is. I don't think this is very good service and I am not a happy customer. To top it all: all my previous loans are up to date on the "wrong employers" details. PLEASE THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
