I phoned Absa Insurance on Monday 15 July, spoke to Lizo. Within an hour the plumber from Domesticare Plumbers were on site replacing the geyser. Just when I was about to give up on good service, you guys amazed me. Thanks so much. Have to mentioned that ABSA followed up twice during the course of the day.
