I recently upgraded my cover up to the Comprehensive. The lady assisted me professionally but was informed that the cover will be effective from the debit order date which the 20th. To my suprise the difference of the debit order has been billed. Its a small figure but it makes a difference as my bank account is now in a negative balance due to this. Not only will I be penalised for going over the limit on my account, but my credit profile is also affected. What am I gonna do now?
