I have been going to standard bank for a week now requesting a Reversal, every time when i request a reversal i get different information from the consultants that are working at the enquiry counters, because its happening for the 3rd time i think i need to report it i am very very DISAPPOINTED by the service that i recieved at standard bank since i started going there for assistance the first lady who assisted me i forgot her name she gave me the forms to complete for my reversal last week friday she told me on monday i will recieve an sms but i ddnt i went back again on tuesday the guy who assisted me said it will take 5days, today on thursday i am going again the guy by the name of HAPPY was very proud to tell me that my debit order doesn't reflect on their system and as long as it doesn't appear i won't get my money back not knowing how much i need that money he ddnt even try to give me a hope that i will get it back, i was stressed and told him i need him to give the solution not to tell me the problem he continued to tell me abt the system that does't show my debits, i am so tired of Standard bank and its staff giving me different information i will even close my bank accou
