On the 27th June 2013 my debit card was retained at the ATM in Jeppe Street. I cancelled the card immediatly at the branch and telephonically.

A few minutes later an amount of R2000 was drawn from my bank account at ANC HOUSE 12H30 012466394, without my card as well as a balance enquiry at ATM BAL ENQUIRY FEE 12H32 4890610124663940 CAPITEC 2706 .

I have registered a claim on 31.07.2013, and was promised that I will get a follow-up call the 01 or 02.07.2013 but to date have not received any type of communication from your offices, which is appalling service.

I called your call centre on 01.07.2013 but could not hold on for 30 min but tried again on the 02.07.2013 whereby I spoke to one of your consultants which said Im suppose to have received an sms which I did not receive as well. I explianed the urgency of my claim to the consultant as I need the funds to provide for my family.

I received an email from Neheng Ntsala on 16.07.2013 promising that she will give me feedback at the close of business the following day.

I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE IN STANDARD BANK SINE 31.06.2013 to solve my URGENT REQUEST.
