Direct debit without authorization

Today i received an sms stating R2500 was debited from my account. I called the call centre and they advised it was due to residual and they chose to take off that money without authorization. I called and spoke to an agent who advised that the money is owed to them and they will not refund it regardless of no consent. I escalated to the Team Leader Gwen who advised the same and due to they being no arrangement they deduct random amount last month R500 and this month R2500 she advised she cannot refund it and i must speak to her manager Gale who was not available. Tried to call Gale and number is always busy. I would like a refund of my money asap so can someone rectify.
