I wish there was an alternative service provide

Last week I required additional device to my account which was done instantly, no one founf it necessary to advise that there is an amount that I had to go physically pay at the shops which I think is ridiculous because i pay my account via debit order. I called them on Friday, held on for almost 30 minutes because my account was suspended, the lady that I spoke to advised that it was an error and my account will be debited as per normal, she then removed the suspension, Saturday morning I wake up to my account being suspended again, I called again and held on the phone for a ridiculous amount of time as usual, the consultant that I spoke to came up with a different story, I now had to go pay the ridiculous R39.60 at the shops despite me being a customer who pays via debit order. I advised that it would be a huge inconvenience and they should debit my account as per normal. He advised that thats the new process but he will open the suspension however I should still pay within 48 hours. Its Sunday morning and to my surprise my account has been suspended again... this just shows that SA needs another service provider as multichoice when it comes to customer service
