Money taken while card in my purse

I got an SMS to say someone had withdrawn R1000 from my account at Yeoville branch. I checked and found my card in my purse. I phoned Capitec immediately and all they could tell me that it will be investigated. They gave me a reference number and blocked my card. After a few days I went to my branch to get a new card and they again said it is being investigated. After my third call I received an SMS saying it was being investigated. How will I get my money back? This is crazy that I have my card and can only get money using my own PIN or my fingerprint yet someone else managed to my money. Capitec systems are obviously not safe and they don't care that I need this money and there is no solution in sight.
