Applied for a home loan on 20th June. No answer so we escalated it on the 1st July. It's now 15th July 25 days and many calls later, no success just keep saying we will let you know. This is a home we really want. We have handed in everything they asked for. This is our second home loan. First house already paid for so enough security... Still no answer. Putting in a big deposit... still no answer. Our time is running out because these people just don't care, NOT PUTTING US FIRST!!!
