Multiple internet banking issues!

I firstly could not register
i had to go into a branch to do this
then i get logged out and when i try login again it says wrong pass word for the 3rd time and redirects me to the forgotten password page
after putting in all the information the page does not work, i've tried over and over
after i put in my card number and pin, the continue button NEVER works, i've tried from two devices thinking maybe it may have been the device's fault but no the site is definitely faulty

My internet banking with nedbank has Never been an issue!
i have never forgotten my passwords and even if i mistyped, it never blocked my account!

i want this sorted out immediately

I thought joining fnb would make my banking better however its been nothing but a pain with my debit orders taking over 2months to sort out and having to pay bank charges for an account i could not use!

i expect to be contacted immediately.
