FNB Internet Banking

FNB Internet banking system needs a lot of improvement, its either they fire the current developers or hire more. I've been to their branch twice because my internet banking is blocked and they told "NO YOU CAN CHANGE IT ONLINE". Since yesterday I have been battling to change the login details. I get an error message and believe me I have done everything right. *angry*
